2024-08-12 DVSwitch : Bookworm (Debian 12) release information.

최근 ASL3가 출시되었습니다. 

Debian 12 Bokkworm 64 bit Version을 기준으로 만들어진 가장 최신 AllStarLink 신 버젼입니다.

 

그런데 문제점이 DVSwitch Server는 Debian 12 64Bit에서 일부 호환성 문제로 설치가 안되었습니다.

 

지난 2024.08.15일 DVSwitch 개발자가 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 작업을 하였고

bookworm 64bit 버젼 설치 방법을 공개하였습니다

 

설치 방법은 이전 버젼과 거의 같습니다.

wget http://dvswitch.org/bookworm

sudo chmod +x bookworm

sudo ./bookworm

 

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install dvswitch-server -y

cd /usr/local/dvs

./dvs

I am at a point on the release of Debian packages for Bookworm and beyond to publish install info for AMD64 and ARM64 only!

I have not yet built for armhf or i386

I will not be building a images for the Raspberry Pi or any other hardware. All installs will be apt get or git clone.

This is NOT for upgrading a existing DVSwitch System

 

We did not need to rebuild the packages for the DVSwitch components. We did have to recompile the add on packages from MMDVM (Gateways etc)

Up till now, I have had to build and maintain the .deb by hand We have created a much more automated system for building and deploying packages.

Github will be part of the automation going forward.

 

To install DVSwitch Repositories:

wget http://dvswitch.org/bookworm

chmod +x bookworm

./bookworm

 

To install DVSwitch Server:

apt install dvswitch-server
